The Action Spine and Joint approach involves educating patients about the various measures they can perform to speed the healing process and prevent relapses as well. Dr. Casey Bearden is well-known for being the author of the published book The Chiropractic Way To Health, “The Ultimate Self-Help Guide For Chiropractic Patients”.
It is my ultimate objective for virtually every patient that walks into our front door, to get you to the point where you no longer need our services. One of the most common myths about Chiropractic is “Once you start going, you have to go for Ever!” You will discover this is NOT the case with our office. Although many people come to our office having experienced years of on and off pain, we aim to remove your dependency from us as soon as possible. For some, that may be just 2 weeks of care, others 2 months…or even longer.
