Music City SUP and Kayak Race

Music City SUP and Kayak Race

07/29/2017 (See Website)

Join us on the water for The Music City SUP and Kayak Race on Percy Priest Lake! This race is a community paddling event produced by a number of local paddling outfitters. Proceeds from the race benefit the Cumberland River Compact, which works to protect our local watershed, and the Nashville Parks Foundation. Our race launches from inside Metro Parks' Hamilton Creek Recreation Area. We're grateful for all both organizations do for our paddling community.

All races are open to SUP, kayak and prone paddlers, hard boards/boats and inflatables.

Your race fee includes your registration, a hat, awards for category winners and tons of fun.

And! All racers will receive a 10% discount off registration for the Rock Island Paddle Rampage Sept. 3, thanks to our long-time sponsor Hardwin Adventures.

• 1-Mile Grom Race ($25)
• 2-Mile Race ($45)
• 6-Mile Elite Race ($55)
Prices increase by $10 on July 7, 2017.

River Queen Voyages and Cumberland Kayak have rental kayaks available for this race. You must contact them directly to make a reservation, in addition to registering for the race. Chattanooga Paddleboards has race boards available for rent.
