We do not want a non-permanent solution such as counting calories, diet pills, diet shots, exercising to exhaustion, food packages, weight watchers and all the rest. We are only interested in permanent weight loss solutions. We have found through extensive study that a person has to get healthy to lose weight permanently. We know that the body will release stored potential energy, which is called fat, only when a person is healthy.
