Little Italy can be found in Nashville each year at Nashville Italian Lights Festival. Held on the beautiful campus of St. Pius X Classical Academy in north Nashville, just minutes from downtown, the festival will highlight the food, wine, music and traditions of the vibrant Italian lifestyle. Live music performances will feature internationally renowned tenor Nathan Pacheco, classical crossover soprano Diane DiStasio, big band orchestra Radio Daze, among others.
Nashville Italian Lights Festival is a free three-day fun-filled event for all ages packed with a full roster of Italian cultural activities: Bocce Ball Tournament, Grape Stomping Contest, Meatball Eating Contest, Kids Zone, Tea with Mother Goose, Italian Wine Garden, and the Italian Marketplace. Enjoy Italian Food Demos by celebrated local Italian Chefs, Italian Wine classes conducted in the Wine Garden, Italian language lessons and Italian sing-a-longs. Stroll along the booths for handcrafts, art, Italian themed aprons, caps, t-shirts and more.
