Grab Your Mat! In this online course led by Abby Blair of Inner Light Yoga, middle school (grades 5-8) girls will get to learn about and practice yoga.
We will learn about mindfulness and explore new ways to move our bodies. While we build our muscles, we will also learn how to listen to our bodies.
GRL PWR Yoga Club runs on Zoom on Tuesdays from 3 – 4 p.m. CT starting October 6 through December 8.
