Rodizio Grill is the first authentic Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant or Churrascaria in the United States. It was established in 1995 by Founder and President Ivan Utrera, a native Brazilian born in São Paulo. Rodizio Grill is an award-winning restaurant featured in national media, including USA Today, The Washington Post, CBS News, NBC News and others.
Rodizio Grill, The Brazilian Steakhouse, offers over a dozen rotisserie grilled meats, perfectly seasoned and carved tableside by Rodizio Gauchos. Our grilling process is traditional to the Southern part of Brazil, specifically in Sao Paulo. The Rodizio Gaucho, in dress and our carving method, is what you would find if you were dining in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
As a result of the slow roasting and seasoning process, our rotisserie grilled meats melt in your mouth, satisfying even the most discriminating taste bud. Let us know if you prefer Medium Rare, Medium or Well-Done. We cut thin for tenderness and flavor.
