Upon completion of an extensive restoration the mansion was awarded the “2000 Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission’s Architectural Preservation Award” designating the House as one of Nashville’s most beautiful historic homes. Now Richard and his lovely wife Carly share this treasure by hosting special events and accommodating overnight guests as Nashville’s premier Bed and Breakfast and special events venue.
