Tennessee Central Railway Museum

The all-volunteer crew at the Tennessee Central Railway Museum hosts round-trip train rides from Nashville to locations east including Lebanon, Watertown, Cookeville, and Monterey.

Rides start at the museum, which includes a library, model trains, and railway artifacts. You can check out the museum before taking a variety of excursions trips always include unique adventures from train robberies, music, civil war reenactments, and on-board murder mysteries to Watertown's famous mile long yard sale and seasonal visits from Santa and the Easter Bunny.

The Museum Hobby Shop is the place for all your modeling needs. They carry inventory of N and HO scale equipment from Atlas, Athearn, Kadee, Walthers, and many others. And, if we don't have what you need, we can order it for you. Museum members are eligible for a discount on most items. The Hobby Shop hours are Tuesday Noon - 4 PM, Thursday Noon to 6 PM and Saturday's 9 AM - 3 PM.

The Museum office is staffed Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
