The rotating monthly schmear program by the team behind Bagelshop—featuring different restaurant partners or chefs creating a limited-time schmear available for one month only—continues in April with Butcher & Bee. This collaboration features a Fermented Honey & Black Pepper schmear by Butcher & Bee executive chef Chris DeJesus using fermented honey, a little salt, and fresh ground black pepper. The schmear will be available daily at Bagelshop from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the full month of April and beginning this Saturday, April 4 the Butcher & Bee weekend brunch menu will offer a Strawberry Rhubarb Bagel Tartine featuring the collaboration schmear, strawberry-rhubarb jam, and fresh strawberries, on a Zaatar bagel from Bagelshop - available each weekend this month.
