Bagelshop & Friends: Spread the Love | The Gumbo Bros

The Bagelshop & Friends: Spread The Love series continues this February with The Gumbo Bros in celebration of Mardi Gras all month long. The partnership debuts with a King Cake Schmear—a fun take on a classic king cake with a cinnamon–brown sugar swirl, tri-colored Mardi Gras sprinkles, a little salt, and a touch of lemon zest. Best enjoyed on Bagelshop's French toast bagel, the schmear will be available daily at Bagelshop from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until sold out, beginning Sunday, February 1, and can also be enjoyed during weekend brunch at The Gumbo Bros on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting Saturday, February 7—available for February only.
