Don't miss the fun as Nashville's most sustainable chefs go head-to-head to create the ultimate zero-waste dish. It's the most delicious way to celebrate zero-waste cooking practices, local chefs, and the work of Urban Green Lab to create a more sustainable Nashville.

Guests will enjoy samples of sustainable dishes created by local chefs that center around a theme ingredient, and vote on their favorite. Urban Green Lab will share a brief program, including presentation of the Sustainable Nashville™ Awards, before a judge's panel takes the stage to determine the grand prize winning chef.
