La Spinetta Winemaker Dinner with Giorgio Rivetti

Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine Italian cuisine and world-class wines as Yolan welcomes Giorgio Rivetti, celebrated winemaker of La Spinetta to Yolan.

From delicate scallops with spring vegetables to house-made trofie pasta with pancetta and basil, each of the five courses will showcase selections from La Spinetta’s acclaimed portfolio of pours from Toscana and Piemonte — including aged Barbaresco and Barolo. The dinner culminates in a decadent dessert served alongside Contratto Fernet, a bold herbal digestivo crafted by La Spinetta’s sister distillery.
