Sunday Guest Chef Pizza Series at Frankies: SS Gai on 5/4

The next few weekends The Pizzeria at Frankies is collaborating with local chef friends on a Sunday guest chef pizza series—all leading up to the Frankies annual Block Party on Sunday, May 18. 

This Sunday, May 4 the team will be collaborating on a specialty “Thai Gai Pie” pizza with SS Gai which the Frankies team will execute. A take on Thai Chicken Pizza—the pizza will feature a base of spicy peanut sauce, topped in mozzarella and Thai chicken, and finished with bean sprouts, cilantro, peanut, onion, spring peas, and mint (served with a spicy chili oil). 

Each pizza will be only available on the designated Sunday for pick-up or dine-in at The Pizzeria and a portion of proceeds from the pies sold will be going to Pathways Kitchen, the local 501c3 nonprofit organization helping justice-impacted youth thrive by providing training, work opportunities, and individualized support to ensure they can chart their own path forward.
