Bagelshop x Southern Grist: BLUE LOOP Beer Release & Pop-Up

Bagelshop and Southern Grist have teamed up to create something truly unique—BLUE LOOP, a blueberry golden ale brewed with Bagelshop’s blueberry bagels and blueberry purée. The limited-edition beer debuts Saturday, September 6, at Southern Grist’s East Nashville Taproom (754 Douglas Ave), where the teams will serve a specialty collaborative food menu crafted for the occasion, served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., or until sold out.

The menu features:
Bagel BLT (with the option to add a fried egg)
Bagel Burger (plain bagel, dry-aged burger, American cheese, fried egg, with the option to add bacon)
BEC (everything bagel, bacon, American cheese, fried egg)
The Bourdain (plain bagel, mortadella, provolone, whole-grain beer mustard, smoked mayo)
Poutine (seasoned battered fries, cheese curds, white sausage gravy, with the option to add fried egg and/or bacon)

Following the launch event, BLUE LOOP will be available on tap at all Southern Grist locations and in cans for a limited time, while supplies last.
