Over the course of the next year, the team at Bagelshop is partnering with a number of local Nashville chefs and restaurateurs from all different cultures and backgrounds to celebrate their cultural New Years through unique bagel sandwiches inspired by their traditions.
The team is kicking off the series for Rosh Hashanah this year, from 10/2-10/4, with chef Wes Scoggins of Jewish Cowboy, bringing the holiday’s flavors to life with The Manzana Melaza—a bagel sandwich loaded with slow-smoked brisket coated in apple molasses, topped with an apple fennel slaw, apple butter and a creamy horseradish mayo. This delightful creation highlights the bright flavors of apples and honey traditionally associated with the season, making it the perfect way to ring in the New Year.
