New Year, All Year Bagel Collaboration Series | Bagelshop x Tailor

Over the course of the next year, the team at Bagelshop is partnering with a number of local Nashville chefs and restaurateurs from all different cultures and backgrounds to celebrate their cultural New Years through unique bagel sandwiches inspired by their traditions. Bagelshop will be donating a portion of proceeds from the collaboration to The Nashville Food Project, which has a mission to bring people together to grow, cook, and share nourishing food with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating hunger in our city.

The New Year, All Year series continues for Diwali with a Bagelshop x Tailor sandwich, inspired by traditional Gujarati street food and chef Vivek Surti’s heritage. Available October 29-30 at Bagelshop, The Dabeli Sandwich features a spiced potato patty, tangy tamarind chutney, spicy chili peanuts, and crispy sev, all on an onion bagel. Pressed on the grill for the perfect finish, every ingredient is made in-house under chef Vivek’s direction.
