Salud Taqueria & Adiõs—the Mexico-inspired concepts from Birmingham, Alabama, founded by José Medina Camacho and Jesús Méndez—are bringing their inventive cocktails and authentic food to Coral Club in East Nashville on Thursday, April 10. The team will be showcasing their cocktails using Mexican-made-and-grown spirits and ingredients such as the Cantarito (Rested Tequila, Citrus, Grapefruit Soda, Chamoy, Tajín), Tres Mundos (Blended Scotch, Licor 43, Ginger, Lemon, House Tepache), and Gua-Vacho (Reposado Tequila, Batavia-Arrack, Guava, Ancho, Honey, Yuzu). Drinks will be flowing all night, with food available from 4 p.m. until sold out and a live DJ starting at 8 p.m.
