During Songwriter Sessions at the museum, accomplished songwriters behind classic and current hits visit the museum each week, sharing stories and songs and answering audience questions. Mark Irwin wrote Tyler Farr’s “Redneck Crazy,” Country Music Hall of Fame member Alan Jackson’s “Here in the Real World,” Tim McGraw’s “Highway Don’t Care” featuring Taylor Swift and Keith Urban and Blake Shelton’s “Neon Light.” His songs have also been recorded by Lee Brice, Jimmy Buffett, Billy Ray Cyrus, Faith Hill, Sammy Kershaw, Thomas Rhett, Lainey Wilson and Country Music Hall of Fame members Patty Loveless, Randy Travis and Hank Williams Jr.
