JOIN US FOR NASHVILLE'S LARGEST URBAN BIKE RIDE
It’s a ride, not a race! Tour de Nash is a casual and fun opportunity to explore the city’s bikeways, neighborhoods, and greenways with a whole community of friendly bicycle riders. The non-competitive “party pace” encourages conversation with fellow riders and stops at destinations along the way.
Tour de Nash offers bike routes for all ages and abilities including the FREE family-friendly 5 mile City Tour which combines fully closed streets with greenway segments for a car-free route!

This is Walk Bike Nashville's biggest fundraiser of the year, and your registration helps support our work to make Nashville more walkable, bikeable, and livable for all. Registered riders enjoy a marked route, signage, and cue sheet to help you navigate the route on the event day. Rest stops along the way will provide water, snacks, and bike mechanics, plus rider support vehicles will be on call in the event that you need to be picked up. You will also receive a rider packet that includes your ride number, T-shirt, and materials from our sponsors and partners.
This year’s ride has three routes to explore:
FREE 5-Mile City Tour: Totally car-free and family-friendly (9:30 a.m. start)
25-Mile Local Tour: Pedal from downtown into East, South, and West Nashville (8:30 a.m. start)
45-Mile City Tour: Ride far and wide with seasoned riders (7:30 a.m. start)
Bikes of all styles are welcome! (including e-bikes, recumbent bikes, hand cycles, and cargo bikes)
Discounts are available for WBN members and groups.
The Nashville FarmersMarket (NFM) is home to farmers, artisans, restauranteurs, and local business merchants throughout the year. We are divided into three distinct areas--each supporting locally owned & operated businesses.
