Miel Restaurant is located in the historic Johnson's Meat Market building in Sylvan Park, Nashville. Ashley Quick, Miel's Chef, is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and has lived in Nashville since 2004. Seema Prasad, Miel's Proprietor, relocated to Nashville in 2001 and opened Miel in 2008. Her prior restaurants were located in Seattle, Washington. Miel often caters intimate dinner parties, cocktail parties and large scale events. Menus are customized to your specific likes and the season. Enjoy the same local products and a chef-prepared meal just as you do at Miel Restaurant.
